
Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives that increase revenue and market presence. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies focused on revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on sales strategy and goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
