Business Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Business Development Executive
located in Cebu. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing leads, and developing and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks include conducting market research, communicating with potential clients, managing accounts, collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies for business growth and closing sales.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development —
preferably in offshoring, outsourcing, or recruitment.
New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
Experience in Account Management
Strong Business and Communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow business
Preferably with bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
For candidates outside of Cebu, relocation support will be discussed during the initial interview.
