Junior/Executive Assistant to SVP/President/CEO

Job Description

Preferably 2-5 years experience as Special Assistant/Executive Assistant to the SVP/President/CEO. Must have excellent analytical, coordination and communication skills. Demonstrated mature sense of judgment. Ability to work accurately, methodically and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines. Exceptional organizational skills; keen to detail. Sense of urgency and professionalism with outstanding collaborative skills. Pleasing personality and appearance. Can start immediately.

  • Salary : Php 30,000.00 - Php 35,000.00 per month
  • Schedule : 8 hour shift
  • Supplemental Pay : 13th month salary

Job Description

  • Working Schedule : Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT
  • Responsibilities :
    • Share product related information with customers on request.
    • Calendar Management: manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings; make travel arrangements; prepare for meetings; take notes and assist in delegation of tasks.
  • Business Process/Systems : create and manage SOPs; organize digital filing; manage Trello boards; work on automation; manage Dubsado (Client and Project Management).
  • Accounting Processes : track expenses; prepare reports; manage invoicing, letters, and Yardi management.
  • Social Media Management : develop strategy, calendar, and content; update WordPress as needed.
  • Sales : support client recruitment through CRM; assist in documents/e-products; help develop sales funnels.
  • Qualifications :
    • Minimum 2 years of related experience in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.
    • MS Office and GSuite proficiency.
    • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
    • Lead generation skills/background preferred.

Salary: Php 45,000.00 - Php 85,000.00 per month
