The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to senior leaders, manages calendars, coordinates travel, handles correspondence, and supports office operations to enable executives to focus on strategic priorities. Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling appointments and events.
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements and coordinate logistics.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and manage documents, permits, licenses, and renewals as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers; manage office supplies and equipment inventory; maintain supplier contact lists.
  • Oversee office space planning, leasing coordination, and maintenance; ensure spaces are clean and orderly.
  • Track and disburse administrative funds; manage mail, deliveries, and driver/messenger schedules where applicable.
  • Take minutes during meetings and assist with preparing presentations and reports.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication and support project management and scheduling needs as required.
  • Assist in budgeting processes for executives and prepare related requests.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (required) or equivalent education.
  • Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred) or 1–2 years in similar roles as indicated.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management and calendar tools is desirable.
  • Ability to commute or relocate as required by location; willingness to travel (where applicable).
Job Details
  • Salary: Php16,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month (range may vary by posting).
  • Benefits: Company events, employee discount, health insurance, life insurance, potential for permanent hire.
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift; day shift.
  • Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, performance bonus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • Experience: Administrative: 3 years (preferred).
  • Location: Antipolo City / Cainta / Parañaque / Antipolo area depending on posting.
