- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the client's overall business goals.
- Lead the talent acquisition process to attract, recruit, and retain top talent, ensuring a robust and diverse workforce.
- Drive employee engagement and satisfaction through effective communication, recognition programs, and the development of a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and the implementation of development plans for employees.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership, supporting decision-making on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
- Lead the implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and supporting disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Develop and oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing HR process efficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives in HR processes, leveraging technology to enhance employee experience.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong HR operations experience.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies in a large, complex organization, preferably in the security or service industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in a multinational environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data for decision-making.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Experience with HR systems and digital transformation in HR processes is highly desirable.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
