JOB TITLE: HR DIRECTOR (for a group of upscale restaurants/ hotel/ resorts)

Work Location: Cebu

Work Schedule: 5 days/ week

Salary: Depending on work experience, signing privilege, uniforms, leaves, housing allowance

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business

Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a

senior HR leadership role.

Proven experience handling large-scale manpower (500+

employees), preferably in the food and beverage, retail, or

hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and dispute

resolution.

Demonstrated expertise in training, development, and

organizational learning.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead HR planning to support organizational growth,

new store openings, and expansion of multiple brands.

Serve as a trusted advisor to top management on HR,

labor, and organizational matters.

●

Design and implement robust training and

development programs to build employee skills,

leadership capabilities, and service excellence.

●

Oversee the execution of onboarding, training, and

career development initiatives across all brand

●

Champion employee engagement programs to foster

a positive workplace culture and high retention.

Monitor and improve HR processes such as

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php100,000.00 per month
