Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and promotional agreements to align with company goals and account needs.
Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement account-specific sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for skincare products.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and in-store events.
Market Analysis and Reporting
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats within key accounts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
  • Utilize data to provide insights and recommendations for improving account performance and product positioning.
  • Work closely with key accounts to understand their business needs, customer preferences, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with accounts to develop customized solutions, including promotional campaigns, merchandising strategies, and product placements.
  • Gather and act on customer feedback to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
  • Oversee the order management process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to key accounts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to address any supply or distribution issues.
  • Manage trade spend and ensure that promotional budgets are utilized effectively to maximize return on investment.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment of strategies and efficient execution of plans.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help shape product development and marketing strategies based on customer needs and market conditions.
  • Perform other services for Biocostech Philippines Corporation, its affiliates, and its subsidiaries.
Performance Metrics
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, market share, and account profitability.
  • Set and achieve specific goals related to revenue, product placement, and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
Job Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • With at least three to five (3–5) years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales within the FMCG or skincare industry.
  • Strong background in handling Modern Trade accounts, preferably with retailers such as SM Group, Puregold, Robinsons, 7-Eleven, and other Key Accounts.
  • Highly analytical, creative, and organized, with strong leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts and driving consistent sales growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
