  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing trends to support decision-making.
  • Support the sales team by organizing client meetings, managing schedules, and preparing presentations or proposals.
  • Handle the documentation and communication for large-scale supply projects or bulk orders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding product distribution.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
  • Experience in sales administration, preferably in an electrical supply or similar industry.
  • Knowledge of electrical products, systems, or technical specifications is a plus.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
