Who you are and what you’ll need to succeed.
- Must have 1 year proven outbound sales experience and be hungry for success to earn.
- Must have excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
- Must be committed to working hard, have a competitive spirit, and be a solution provider.
- Must be able to build rapport and have strong customer service skills.
- Must be confident and can comprehend and interpret customer information.
What you'll do and how you’ll make your mark.
- Closing sales from inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Responding to Sales Account calls in a professional and timely manner while building rapport and doing data mining relevant to customer information.
- Escalating serious sales issues and prioritizing these without any panic.
- Having confidence and the ability to comprehend and interpret customer information.
