Overview: oversees daily human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and payroll, ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.

Pay: From Php692.31 per day. Promotion to permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process from job postings to candidate interviews and selection. Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and workplace issues. Resolve conflicts and concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, including setting goals and providing feedback. Assist managers in creating performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws. Identify employee training needs and organize relevant programs. Promote career development opportunities and assist employees in skill enhancement.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and employment laws. Stay up-to-date with legal changes and ensure HR practices are compliant with labor regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system. Prepare and maintain reports related to HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in HR
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willing to work in Talomo, Davao Region
