Overview

The Compensation and Benefits Supervisor will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs for Atos Philippines. This role requires strong project management capabilities and experience in a BPO environment to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Compensation & Benefits Management: Supervise daily operations including payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and claims processing.
  • Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and incentive plan reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal policies.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage HR-related projects such as compensation reviews, benefits rollouts, and system upgrades.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication strategies.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • BPO-Specific Support: Tailor compensation and benefits programs to meet the unique needs of BPO operations, including shift differentials, performance bonuses, and retention schemes.
  • Collaborate with operations and workforce management teams to align rewards with business performance.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Manage relationships with external providers (e.g., insurance, and HMO).
  • Ensure service level agreements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Employee Engagement & Support: Provide guidance to employees and managers on compensation and benefits-related inquiries.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions focused on total rewards.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on compensation trends, benefits utilization, and cost analysis. Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Proven experience in project and people management, with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
