THE OPPORTUNITY

To lead and manage Total Rewards (Compensation/Benefits/Retirement/Wellness) programs that support attraction, engagement, and retention of our current and future workforce. As a member of the COE Total Rewards (TR) Team, you will work with the Regional TR COE Leader on the research, analysis, design, delivery, evaluation, and recommendation of Total Rewards program and initiatives for the assigned region. This position will be the resident expert in all aspects Total Rewards for each respective country.

YOU ARE GOOD AT
  • Leading the delivery of a comprehensive benefits programs to meet business objectives and keep pace with the changing workforce within the assigned region
  • Supports management’s decision-making by recommending new or alternate Total Rewards options (monetary and non-monetary) by analyzing and studying employee requirements, market prevalence, statutory requirement, business affordability and future trends.
  • Lead research and analysis of Total Reward plans through benchmarking analysis & trends and ensure plans remains market competitive.
  • Support M&A integration activities within the region by carrying out due diligence activities and acts as a central point of contact for all benefit activities for the assigned countries.
  • Work closely with HRSS Specialist Center to ensure seamless delivery of newly approved programs / renewal of existing programs.
  • Help HRSS Specialist Center to create a framework for programs and practices to ensure administrative excellence of benefits operations, including oversight of benefit programs administration and compliance.
  • Develop comprehensive communication material/training documentation for new and existing TR programs and work closely with the HRSS Specialist center to ensure availability of up-to-date information and distribution of materials.
  • Act as the escalation point for Specialist Center for queries relating to policies & design.
  • Research, analyze and interpret existing and proposed statutory requirements governing Total Reward plans and recommend an appropriate course of action.
  • Provide oversight on all comp & benefits compliance filings and audits & ensure alignment with all applicable risk and governance requirements, benefits contracts, and company policies. Complete benefit audits and annual reporting requirements.
  • Lead the annual benefits plan renewal processes, including evaluation of costs, design reviews, data requirements, and employees communications. Coordinate planning, organizing, and directing of the activities related to annual enrollments and changes to existing benefit plan design, changes in processes etc.
  • Prepare, analyze and deliver reporting on trends, program effectiveness, utilization & cost projections to support the recommendation plan changes and ensure program governance.
  • Investigate and implement cost-containment measures for TR program offerings where and when appropriate.
  • Lead relationships with vendors and negotiate with insurance companies, third-party administrators, and consultants to provide quality service and comply with contract terms and conditions.
  • Maintain oversight on disability management programs, company and market trends.
WHAT IT TAKES
  • At least 8 years experience in HR with a focus on Total Rewards, or Compensation and Benefits ( C&B )
  • High proficiency in using MS Excel, Access and Macro
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements of countries to be covered
  • Experience supporting a region or multiple countries is required with an advanatage if you covered India, Australia, or Japan, and especially Singapore or Korea on top of the Philippines.
  • Research, analysis, proposals and recommendations using market Intelligence and connect. Should be able to lead and manage this through from a Total Rewards perspective.
  • Work in Makati, Philippines with a few days per week at home following present policy

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

  • Support the analysis, design and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and programs aligned with business strategy and market trends.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on workforce metrics, compensation trends, and talent movement.

  • Support strategic workforce planning and talent segmentation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in learning how to design (C&B) programs and policies, with a keen analytical mindset
  • Proactive, adaptable, and open to new ideas and approaches
  • 2–5 years of experience in compensation design and/or talent analytics—ideally within a multinational or professional services environment
  • Knowledgeable in HRIS platforms and data analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent analytical skills, with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
