1. Payroll Management:

  • Process and manage payroll accurately and on time using designated software.
  • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and address payroll-related issues.

2. Compensation and Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compensation strategies.
  • Update and maintain employee records related to compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with management to evaluate and update compensation structures.
  • Conduct research on industry standards for compensation and benefits.

3. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations pertaining to payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Prepare and submit reports (tax filings, benefits enrollment, etc.) as required by law.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.

4. Communication and Support:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Assist in the communication of payroll changes, benefits updates, and policies to employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll and benefits-related matters.

5. Collaboration and Documentation:

  • Coordinate with HR team members, finance, and other relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field
  • Must have proven experience with compensation/benefits and payroll handling
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be willing to learn
  • Must be able to work in the office
