1. Payroll Management:
- Process and manage payroll accurately and on time using designated software.
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address payroll-related issues.
2. Compensation and Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation strategies.
- Update and maintain employee records related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with management to evaluate and update compensation structures.
- Conduct research on industry standards for compensation and benefits.
3. Compliance and Reporting:
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations pertaining to payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Prepare and submit reports (tax filings, benefits enrollment, etc.) as required by law.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
4. Communication and Support:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding payroll and benefits.
- Assist in the communication of payroll changes, benefits updates, and policies to employees.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll and benefits-related matters.
5. Collaboration and Documentation:
- Coordinate with HR team members, finance, and other relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field
- Must have proven experience with compensation/benefits and payroll handling
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to learn
- Must be able to work in the office
