Rosa, Laguna / Rosario, Cavite Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Total Rewards Specialist to support the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs in the Philippines. You will be part of the HR team, ensuring competitive pay and benefits offerings, compliance with local labor laws, and seamless administration of rewards-related processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in compensation & benefits and a passion for using data to drive HR decisions. Your Responsibilities: Compensation & Salary Structure Administer and maintain salary structures, job grades, and internal pay alignment Conduct regular market benchmarking and participate in compensation surveys Support compensation planning processes, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments Provide data and recommendations for job offers and internal movements Benefits Administration Oversee government-mandated and company-initiated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, HMO, etc.) Coordinate with providers on enrollments, updates, and claims processing Monitor utilization, costs, and vendor performance Analytics & Reporting Prepare compensation and benefits reports (e.g., salary movement, benefits usage, cost tracking) Conduct internal equity analyses and flag inconsistencies or gaps Support audits and internal reviews related to total rewards Policy Support & Compliance Assist in reviewing and updating compensation and benefits policies in line with Philippine labor laws Respond to employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, and company policies Support compliance with statutory requirements and reporting Cross-Functional Support Coordinate with payroll, HR operations, and finance teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing Support HR projects related to employee experience, recognition, and engagement Contribute to process improvement and digitization of rewards processes What our Client is Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field Minimum of 3–5 years experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards, ideally within a corporate HR setting Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas); knowledge of HRIS or analytics tools is a plus Highly analytical, organized, and able to manage sensitive data with discretion Good communication skills and the ability to explain total rewards topics clearly to employees and managers Ready to take the next step in your career?
