Job DescriptionWe are looking for an ambitious Compensation and Benefits Specialist who will design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will work closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to ensure that our rewards systems align with both employee needs and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, cost-efficient, and aligned with industry benchmarks and organizational objectives.
- Conduct job evaluations and market research to establish appropriate salary structures and benefits packages across all roles in the company.
- Oversee the annual salary review process, partnering with managers to ensure timely and accurate adjustments in line with performance and market data.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits, ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction.
- Monitor and stay informed on laws, regulations, and emerging trends in compensation and benefits, ensuring all programs remain compliant.

- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution and communication of compensation and benefits strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, HR, or payroll administration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
