Sales Strategy Manager (Makati City, National Capital Region)Department: Sales Planning Department. Position Level: Manager. Employment Type: Regular, Full-Time.
Location: Makati City. Pay: From Php60,000 per month. This role focuses on driving growth of the Modern Trade (MT) channel by developing and executing innovative sales strategies, building organizational capabilities, and fostering cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the achievement of sales and profit targets in Modern Trade (MT) channels by supporting mid- to long-term and annual strategy development.
- Formulate, execute, and manage innovative and creative sales plans (strategy/promotions) for MT channels in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
- Enhance sales capabilities through training and by improving related structures and systems.
- Foster team growth and capabilities through coaching, clear communication, and guidance.
- Bachelor's degree in any related course.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing within an FMCG company.
- Preferable experience in handling modern trade accounts.
- Strong strategic and logical thinking.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Learn and understand Marsh E&P solutions and stakeholders across Asia and globally.
