Sales Strategy Manager (Makati City, National Capital Region)

Department: Sales Planning Department. Position Level: Manager. Employment Type: Regular, Full-Time.

Location: Makati City. Pay: From Php60,000 per month. This role focuses on driving growth of the Modern Trade (MT) channel by developing and executing innovative sales strategies, building organizational capabilities, and fostering cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales and profit targets in Modern Trade (MT) channels by supporting mid- to long-term and annual strategy development.
  • Formulate, execute, and manage innovative and creative sales plans (strategy/promotions) for MT channels in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
  • Enhance sales capabilities through training and by improving related structures and systems.
  • Foster team growth and capabilities through coaching, clear communication, and guidance.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any related course.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing within an FMCG company.
  • Preferable experience in handling modern trade accounts.

Energy & Power – Sales Strategy & Insights Analyst

Location: Philippines. Hybrid role requiring at least three days in the office. This role collaborates across regional and local teams to drive growth in the E&P business and develop compelling client proposals.

  • Learn and understand Marsh E&P solutions and stakeholders across Asia and globally.
  • Analyze data to prepare compelling proposals and identify client needs and risks.
  • Prepare sales presentations and support design and marketing of new E&P products.
  • Assist E&P colleagues on client requirements and shadow leaders during sales meetings.
  • Conduct due diligence and gather market insights to develop effective sales materials.
  • Update management on issues and progress; execute regional sales and growth strategy.
Basic Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar field as Data Analyst.
  • Power BI experience is an advantage.
