Responsibilities

  • Travel to field sites for partner meetings, trainings, and performance reviews as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management, channel management, or business development experience (industry varies; FMCG, ICT, renewable energy, or food service sectors appear in postings).
  • Experience in managing distributors and channel partners; strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office; ability to analyze sales data and create actionable plans.
  • Willingness to travel; valid driver's license may be required in some postings.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
