Job DescriptionThe Partner Manager/Channel Sales role focuses on sales growth through managed reseller and distributor partners, driving channel opportunities and revenue growth across the region. Responsibilities include creating and managing partner business growth plans, recruiting and onboarding partners, enabling sales through partner resources, and leading joint activities with partners to drive demand and growth. The role requires strong stakeholder management, pipeline development, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and technical teams. It also encompasses market development, enablement, and leadership of the channel sales team with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement the channel sales strategy to achieve targets and growth; identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners; forecast and monitor sales performance.
- Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators; negotiate agreements and incentives; conduct regular business reviews.
- Revenue Growth: Drive channel-led opportunities; ensure revenue, profitability, and pipeline targets are met; collaborate with internal teams to generate demand and enable partner success.
- Enablement & Training: Oversee channel enablement programs, provide tools and marketing support, ensure partners are certified and aligned with the technology roadmap.
- Market Development: Identify market trends, collaborate on joint GTM strategies, and support product launches through the channel network.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor the channel sales team; enforce compliance with policies and governance; foster collaboration and high performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of sales/channel experience; strong in distributor and partner management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and channel development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, strategic thinking with focus on results
- Experience with CRM tools and PowerBI is a plus
