We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with a proven track record in stakeholder management, marketing automation, and ideally cloud technology. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced, multi-channel marketing automation campaigns using templates; ensure compliance with governance, brand guidelines, and best practices.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud; apply concepts like multi-channel campaigns, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Train internal stakeholders on tools and processes; mentor Level 1 Marketing Automation Specialists; provide feedback to improve team performance.
  • Co-manage configuration of webinars and surveys; train marketers on tool usage and cross-channel promotions.
  • Support tool integrations and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive QA on campaigns; ensure compliance with processes, governance, brand guidelines, and best practices.
  • Meet Marketing Automation team SLAs; respond within 24 hours and complete requests within agreed schedules.
  • Collaborate across functions to enable seamless campaign execution and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, marketing, communications or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and validity.
  • Experience in web publishing and supporting technologies (HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop) is advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on HTML/CSS (mandatory).
  • Stakeholder management experience; IT background preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Eloqua Marketing Automation experience is a plus.
