Job Description
  • OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: The Product Management Analysts analyze product performance data and communicate actions to improve performance across operations, sales, marketing, pricing, and other front-line functions. They report to the Head of Product Management and gather/analyze product performance data to drive actions by relevant teams.
Key Accountabilities
  • Understand product performance data — sources, meaning, implications
  • Analyze KPIs by product, service, process and channel
  • Communicate performance analysis to address issues with centers and functions
  • Build/improve algorithms to analyze KPIs using billing and customer data
  • Suggest new KPIs and methods to identify revenue improvement
  • Collaborate with departments to improve analysis/presentation of products
Job Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of data analytics experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • SQL and Python skills are highly valued
  • Excellent writing skills for detailed reports
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
