- OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: The Product Management Analysts analyze product performance data and communicate actions to improve performance across operations, sales, marketing, pricing, and other front-line functions. They report to the Head of Product Management and gather/analyze product performance data to drive actions by relevant teams.
- Understand product performance data — sources, meaning, implications
- Analyze KPIs by product, service, process and channel
- Communicate performance analysis to address issues with centers and functions
- Build/improve algorithms to analyze KPIs using billing and customer data
- Suggest new KPIs and methods to identify revenue improvement
- Collaborate with departments to improve analysis/presentation of products
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data or related field
- Minimum 2 years of data analytics experience
- Strong Excel skills
- SQL and Python skills are highly valued
- Excellent writing skills for detailed reports
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
