Business Development Manager – Remote (Elevator Solutions Client)
Job Type: Permanent, Remote position. Salary: Depending on discussion; HMO on engagement. Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Philippine Time.
About the Client: A leading international brand integrating Chinese and German technology across America, Asia, Europe, and Australia. About the Role: Spearhead growth initiatives, market penetration, and revenue enhancement. Responsibilities include strategic planning, team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement to expand in operational territories across the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities & Timeline for Achievements:
- First 2 Weeks: Orientation; understand products, services, technology integration, and operations; initial meetings with sales/marketing; familiarize with CRM and client portfolios.
- First Month: Set sales targets; conduct market analysis; develop a detailed BD strategy; begin outreach to qualified leads.
- First 90 Days: Generate and nurture leads; coordinate with CEO for high-level discussions; refine lead generation; develop training for new hires.
- 180 Days: Close deals independently; address client needs with tailored solutions; mid-term sales strategy review; train and evaluate BD team; introduce innovative tactics.
- In 1 Year: Demonstrate revenue growth and expanded market reach; lead BD team to exceed targets; foster a culture of learning and innovation.
Qualifications & Screening:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or related field.
- 3–5 years in business development or sales with a proven track record.
- 1–2 years of leadership experience; experience in Engineering/Construction/elevator sectors preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills; leadership and organizational abilities.
Home-Based Requirements:
