We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with a proven track record in stakeholder management, marketing automation, and ideally cloud technology. This role requires a professional with at least 4-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing marketing automation processes, particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). The specialist will work as part of a collaborative team within a global marketing stakeholders community, overseeing requests, providing training, following marketing processes, governance, and best practices. Tasks are performed under the Corporate Communications Support Team Manager, Marketing Automations Manager and the Global Head of Web and Marketing Technology.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for stakeholders across global teams, ensuring requirements are captured, prioritized, and implemented within marketing automation platforms.
• Manage completeness of requests and related documents submitted to the marketing automation request queue.
• Design and implement advanced, multi-channel marketing automation campaigns using templates, ensuring compliance with governance, brand guidelines, and best practices; strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and concepts such as multi-channel campaigns, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
• Train internal stakeholders on tools and processes; mentor Level 1 Marketing Automation Specialists; provide feedback to enhance team performance.
• Co-manage configuration of webinars and surveys; train marketers to run cross-channel promotions.
• Support tool integrations and ensure processes adhere to industry best practices.
• Conduct QA on campaigns; ensure adherence to processes, governance, brand guidelines, and best practices; meet SLA (respond within 24 hours and complete requests per schedule).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with trends in marketing automation and propose process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information management, marketing, communications, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to collect, organize, and analyze information.
• Experience in web publishing and supporting technologies (HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop is a plus).
• HTML/CSS experience (1-2 years) is mandatory.
• Stakeholder management experience and ideally IT background.
• Experience with Eloqua Marketing Automation is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Fresh graduates with HTML/CSS knowledge may apply.
