Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with a proven track record in stakeholder management, marketing automation, and ideally cloud technology. This role requires a professional with at least 4-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing marketing automation processes, particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). The specialist will work as part of a collaborative team within a global marketing stakeholders community, overseeing requests, providing training, following marketing processes, governance, and best practices. The specialist will perform tasks assigned by the Corporate Communications Support Team Manager, Marketing Automations Manager and the Global Head of Web and Marketing Technology.

Responsibilities
  • Primary point of contact for stakeholders across global teams, ensuring requirements are captured, prioritized, and implemented within marketing automation platforms.
  • Manage completeness of requests and related documents submitted to the marketing automation request queue.
  • Design and implement advanced, multi-channel marketing automation campaigns using templates, ensuring compliance with governance, brand guidelines, and industry best practices; strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and advanced concepts such as multi-channel campaigns, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Train internal stakeholders on tools and processes managed by the corporate communications team.
  • Mentor Level 1 Marketing Automation Specialists, sharing knowledge and best practices, and providing feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Co-manage configuration of webinars and surveys, providing training to marketers on usage and cross-channel promotion.
  • Support tool integrations and ensure processes adhere to industry best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive QA on campaigns, ensure adherence to processes, governance, brand guidelines, and best practices; ensure SLA adherence with 24-hour responses and on-time completion.
  • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated with trends in marketing automation and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, marketing, communications, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and validity.
  • Experience in web publishing and supporting technologies; HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous (minimum 1-2 years).
  • Stakeholder management experience with IT background.
  • Experience with Eloqua Marketing Automation is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates with HTML/CSS knowledge are welcome to apply.

  • Experience integrating Zoho with other platforms using APIs and third-party tools.
  • Familiarity with Zoho One and other modules is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
