Strategic Office Support or SOS, is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company located in Ebloc 3, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City that specializes in providing comprehensive support services to our clients in the US healthcare industry. We work with a diverse range of healthcare clients, ensuring they receive the best administrative and operational support to focus on patient care. 

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Associate located in Cebu. Responsibilities include supporting healthcare operations, providing excellent customer service, assisting patients with inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with medical staff. The role also involves administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • At least 
    1 year BPO experience
  • Great 
    English communication skills
  • High school graduate
     or higher
  • Strong 
    computer and multitasking skills
  • Willing to work on a 
    US schedule
  • Experience with 
    healthcare or medical accounts
    is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Talk to patients via phone, email, or chat
  • Work with healthcare management systems
  • Handle billing inquiries
  • Keep customer info accurate and up to date
  • Hit quality and productivity targets
