
Business Development Executive

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive the growth and expansion of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will identify and secure strategic partnerships, foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, and execute initiatives that generate new business opportunities. A background in finance or accounting, preferably as a Licensed Accountant (CPA), is highly desirable to support deal structuring and financial due diligence. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and joint ventures to support the company’s growth objectives. Develop and nurture relationships with investors, property owners, brokers, government agencies, and other key stakeholders. Lead negotiations and deal structuring for property acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, technical, operations) to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term value and business continuity. Prepare business proposals, financial models, and presentations for senior management and board approval. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, Real Estate, or related field. Preferably a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification. 8-10 years of experience in business development, investments, or partnerships, preferably in real estate, property development, or related industries. Strong financial acumen with the ability to review and analyze financial statements, feasibility studies, and business cases. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in executing business development strategies and closing complex deals. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and goal-oriented mindset.
