Business Development Executive Location: Giftaway Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Company Description Giftaway® Inc. is an eGift® platform that makes gifting easy for everyone. We power the eGift programs of the Philippines' top merchants like SM, Rustan's, Mercury Drug, and Jollibee, and we enable businesses to reward and incentivize employees and customers. Role Description A full-time role as a Business Development Executive in Makati responsible for strategy and execution of client engagement initiatives, ensuring we provide personalized, data-driven, and impactful solutions that drive loyalty and growth. Key Responsibilities Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products, services, and value propositions. Identify, organize, and nurture leads through exhausting all possible options. Proactively manage communication with leads and clients to build trust and foster long-term relationships. Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information. Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Minimum Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in CRM management or a related role, preferably in a tech solutions company. Experience in B2B outbound sales is preferred. Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation and campaign ROI analysis. Excellent communication and project management skills. A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Graduates of Business Administration, Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship are preferred.
