Empierre Solutions is a growing provider of supply chain and technology-driven logistics solutions . We specialize in helping businesses optimize their warehousing, transport, and distribution operations through innovative systems and tailored strategies. We are expanding our footprint in the supply chain industry and we’re looking for a Business Development Executive who can lead our client acquisition and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments, have a strong grasp of logistics operations, and can close high-value deals with confidence. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in warehousing, transport, and contract logistics. Build and nurture strong client relationships through consultative selling. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project handover and client satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in the supply chain industry (warehousing, transport, or contract logistics). Proven success in business development, software sales, and deal closing. Graduate of a business-related degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent). Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly driven, strategic, and results-oriented with a passion for growth and client success. Strong understanding of logistics operations or technology-based supply chain solutions is an advantage.
