Job Requirements Proactively initiate outbound communications—including calls, emails, and targeted campaigns—to uncover and pursue new business opportunities. Research and engage potential clients to assess their logistics needs and qualify them as viable leads. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align outreach efforts with business goals. Deliver compelling presentations of customized logistics solutions, such as freight forwarding, warehousing, and customs brokerage services. Coordinate and schedule meetings, consultations, or product demonstrations for senior sales specialists or account managers. Accurately document all outreach activities, lead interactions, and pipeline status within CRM platforms. Provide feedback and insights to improve outbound strategies and service offerings. Support the marketing team and actively participate in company marketing initiatives to contribute to brand awareness, client engagement, and promotional campaigns. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the company’s operational and strategic needs. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Customs Administration Logistics, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in freight forwarding, custom brokerage or logistics industry. Strong understanding of international/local shipping, customs procedures, and Philippine logistics regulations. Excellent negotiation and project management skills. Acts with initiative and responsibility, approaching challenges with an owner’s mindset. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM Tools, and prospecting tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of the English language, both oral and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to clients. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Proficient in social media management and the use of digital marketing tools for brand engagement and promotion. High level of integrity and professionalism. Resourceful, creative, detail‑oriented, and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently. Innovative mindset and a passion for continuous learning. Adaptable and quick to learn new approach to improving tasks. Collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude towards internal and its community. Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work under minimal supervision.
