About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of generating high-quality leads, engaging potential business clients through cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound prospecting efforts.
Your goal will be to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities by identifying decision-makers, nurturing relationships, and setting up meetings or demos for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively conduct outbound B2B cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Research, identify, and reach decision-makers to initiate conversations and qualify prospects.
- Build, organize, and maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM tools.
- Research target industries and companies to craft tailored outreach messaging.
- Schedule qualified appointments or product demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity and lead generation KPIs.
- Track outreach efforts and provide actionable feedback to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to grab attention and create interest.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in SaaS, technology, or other B2B industries.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools, email sequencing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN, BANT, or MEDDIC.
