Outbound Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to SME business owners to introduce KPay’s payment solutions and generate interest from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time / Day Shift). Qualify leads and schedule appointments for field sales representatives to conduct in-person or virtual meetings. (Min 250 calls + 4 booked meetings per day). Understand and communicate KPay’s value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospects across different industries. Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and meeting outcomes using CRM tools. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and meetings booked. Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries when applicable. Key Requirements 2+ years of experience in telesales , or a similar outbound sales role, ideally targeting SMEs. Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a clear and confident phone presence. Resilience and persistence, with the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally. Goal-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to meet and exceed KPIs and team targets. Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage lead pipelines and follow up consistently. Basic computer literacy, with experience using CRM systems or lead-tracking tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, coordinating effectively with field sales and marketing. Being fluent in English is a must, knowing more languages would be a plus. Compensation Our pay package has three components: Salary + Commission + Rewards Total salary ranges from AUD 800 – AUD 1,200 per month (depending on experience). This salary is split into: 60% Base Salary – fixed monthly pay (paid on a bi weekly basis). 40% Performance Salary – based on KPIs and individual results. 2. Commission AUD 50 commission for every sale made from a confirmed meeting booked. 3. Rewards & Incentives Additional performance rewards such as Top Sales Rep = AUD 150 bonus , plus other ad-hoc incentives for outstanding results.
