Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Metro Manila. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing long-term relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales proposals, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves frequent communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and offer solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management and business development
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is a plus
  • In-depth understanding of PEZA processes and experience is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
