Account Executive E-Commerce (Manila)Job Description
- Own and grow the entire e-commerce/e-distribution business as the brand key account in-charge.
- Drive brand performance on third-party online marketplaces and manage brand stores.
- Responsible for brand P&L, budgeting, negotiating and implementing marketing campaigns on various marketplaces to optimize brand achievement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize store operations and business efficiency (warehouse, finance, marketing, data science, external teams) to ensure smooth operations.
- Build optimal price, promotion and assortment strategy for the brand.
- Data reporting and presentation to key brand stakeholders.
- Demand planning and forecasting; analyze data and trends.
- Develop processes and tools to improve scalability across markets.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in beauty category is a plus.
- Experience with eCommerce campaign management, platform operations, marketplaces or other eCommerce platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders; proactive and independent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Job Description

- Perform data-driven reporting and assist in business reviews with stakeholders.

Job Description
- Order & Inventory Management across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, BestBuy, Walmart, eBay, etc.).
- Fulfillment operations including FBM, FBA, claims, and chargebacks; coordinate with CS and carriers.
- Technical & marketplace support: manage listings, promotions, order flow issues, claims, and disputes; monitor metrics and quality controls.
- Reports & Data management: KPI dashboards, forecasting, fraud tracking, and platform reports reconciliation.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in beauty category is a plus.
- Experience with Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Shopify, or similar platforms; SAP and Selluseller experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and independence; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Job Description
- Manage day-to-day eCommerce store operations, inventory health, and coordination with warehousing and platform teams.
- Maintain financial tracking and reconcile claims; support the brand management team for commercial strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years in eCommerce operations management including fulfillment, inventory, logistics, and customer service.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus.

- Proficiency in analytics and e-commerce tools; strong project management and communication skills.
