Channel Development Manager

Responsibilities- Understand the entire Lending business end-to-end, focusing on KPIs that affect the overall business targets, including merchant uptake and performance.
- Develop sales strategies to drive growth in the lending business across assigned industries or channels, such as Channel Expansion, Innovation, and Optimization.
- Monitor and analyze KPI performance of all Lending products, perform root-cause analysis, and craft proposals to improve sales performance.
- Develop and implement channel-specific promotions and campaigns, managing the end-to-end process by leading cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and primary contact for the lending sales team regarding strategy, partnerships, and promotions for different lending products. Support account managers during sales calls and strategic partnership negotiations.
- Present and submit comprehensive progress reports, campaign proposals, and strategic plans to stakeholders during top-management reviews and operations meetings.
