Join the G Nation today Responsibilities Understand the entire Lending business end-to-end, focusing on KPIs that affect the overall business targets, including merchant uptake and performance. Develop sales strategies to drive growth in the lending business across assigned industries or channels, such as Channel Expansion, Innovation, and Optimization. Monitor and analyze KPI performance of all Lending products, perform root-cause analysis, and craft proposals to improve sales performance. Develop and implement channel-specific promotions and campaigns, managing the end-to-end process by leading cross-functional teams. Serve as a subject matter expert and primary contact for the lending sales team regarding strategy, partnerships, and promotions for different lending products. Support account managers during sales calls and strategic partnership negotiations. Present and submit comprehensive progress reports, campaign proposals, and strategic plans to stakeholders during top-management reviews and operations meetings.
