Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Channel Sales Manager to oversee and grow our partner network. The role involves managing channel partners, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through strong relationships and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet company goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding partner network and market reach
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are achieved
  • Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams on marketing, pricing, and promotions
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and create actionable plans
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to travel as needed
