This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering an exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates strong process management skills, and has a passion for improving HR systems and workflows. Your Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Management Oversee the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging employee experience in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team. Manage and monitor the background verification process, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Support employee offboarding activities, including exit documentation, clearance, and feedback, in coordination with HR Business Partners. Lead employee transitions during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance and smooth integration. Data Management & HR Systems Maintain and update accurate employee records in the HR Management System (HRMS). Partner with the Finance team to support payroll‑related activities and ensure employee data integrity. Generate, analyze, and publish HR metrics, dashboards, and monthly workforce reports for leadership review. Process Improvement & Collaboration Identify opportunities to streamline HR operational processes and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience. Serve as a key contact for HR operations‑related queries and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Business units. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in HR operations, HR service delivery, or employee lifecycle management. Experience in payroll coordination, onboarding, and HR data management preferred. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail with a process‑oriented mindset. Proven ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations. High adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovation and operational excellence. Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS platforms and advanced MS Excel skills. Why Join this Opportunity?
