Job Summary: The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient execution of day-to-day HR processes, including employee onboarding, data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance. This role supports the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records and delivering excellent service to both employees and management. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy. Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes (pre-employment requirements, orientation, exit clearance, etc.). Process employment movements such as transfers, promotions, and contract changes. Coordinate with payroll for timely submission of employee changes and updates. Administer employee benefits (health insurance, government-mandated benefits, leave credits, etc.). Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations. Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation as required. Support employee engagement and HR communication activities. Provide assistance in audits and policy implementation. Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and concerns. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle). Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
