Job DescriptionThe Chief Finance Officer (CFO) oversees all financial operations of the real estate organization, ensuring financial health, regulatory compliance, and long-term profitability. The CFO plays a critical role in strategic planning, investment analysis, project financing, and financial risk management to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of real estate financial modeling, valuation, and funding structures
- In-depth understanding of local tax regulations and SEC, BIR, and REIT compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and risk management acumen
- Proficient in ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
Educational Attainment:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics
- CPA required; MBA or Master\'s in Finance is a strong advantage
Work Experience:
- Minimum 10 years experience in progressively senior finance roles
- At least 5 years in a leadership role within the real estate or property development sector
- Proven experience in project financing, joint ventures, and real estate investment analysis
