Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Makati City

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Set-up: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Lead merchant acquisition efforts to expand our portfolio and grow the business

Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention

Support and execute sales strategies for acquisition and growth

Quickly resolve client issues and escalate when needed

Ensure accuracy in client data and reporting

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) for smooth client onboarding

Handle renewals and promote client loyalty

Identify business opportunities and address potential issues before they escalate

Uphold quality and compliance standards aligned with our Information Security Management System

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Strong background in relationship management, customer service, or sales

Experience using CRM tools is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to problem-solve and manage client concerns efficiently

A customer-first mindset and proactive attitude

Collaborative spirit and team-oriented

Knowledge in sales strategy, data reporting, and CRM software
