As a Junior Manager – B2B Sales, you will play a key role in expanding enterprise partnerships, driving revenue growth, and delivering innovative connectivity solutions to corporate clients.

What You'll Do
- Lead Generation: Build a robust pipeline through events, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Needs Analysis: Understand client challenges and craft tailor-fit business solutions.
- Solution Selling: Present Telco products and services as high-value solutions that drive client success.
- Consultative Selling: Customize offerings and align them with client business goals.
- Account Management: Maintain long-term partnerships, ensure client satisfaction, and handle escalations.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Reporting: Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline tracking, and regular sales updates.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of Business, Marketing, or related field (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- Experience in Telco Carrier B2B Sales is a must.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven, adaptable, and resilient in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sales Automation, and BI Tools.
- Knowledge in social selling, virtual communication, and CRM platforms is an advantage.
