We're looking for a
Relationship Manager
to join a growing Corporate & Private Banking team — someone passionate about building trusted partnerships with clients, delivering tailored financial solutions, and driving portfolio growth.

As a Relationship Manager, you'll manage and expand relationships with
corporate clients, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals
, providing end-to-end banking support across credit, deposits, investments, and treasury products.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and private clients.
  • Develop account strategies and deliver customized financial solutions.
  • Originate, structure, and manage credit facilities in coordination with credit and risk teams.
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-selling of lending, deposit, and investment products.
  • Collaborate with internal product specialists (Treasury, Trade, Cash Management, Wealth) to meet client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC/AML, and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
  • Experience in
    relationship management within Corporate or Private Banking

  • Junior RM:
    1–3 years
  • Senior RM:
    5–8 years
  • VP/SVP RM:
    10+ years with leadership exposure
  • Strong credit assessment, financial analysis, and client advisory background.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, client-first mindset and the ability to manage complex accounts.
