About You & The Role
As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our branch, working closely with clients, colleagues, and leaders to deliver exceptional banking services and support our branch’s success.
What You’ll Be Doing- Growing and nurturing existing deposit accounts and acquiring new clients.
- Delivering high-quality customer service to sustain long-term relationships.
- Cross-selling core bank products such as CASA, Treasury/Trust investments, CBG loans, FCDU, CMS, CIBI, and MCBL.
- Assisting in the supervision of branch operations to ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Consistent growth in the branch’s deposit base and client portfolio.
- High levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Effective implementation of bank policies and operational controls.
- A well-trained, engaged, and high-performing branch team.
- Strong collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or relationship management is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
- Leadership potential and a commitment to continuous learning.
