Position Objective:

As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by independently identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored IT solutions that meet client needs. This role requires at least 3 years of sales or business development experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve revenue targets. You will directly manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ensure seamless coordination with technical and delivery teams for successful project handovers.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Market Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, client demands, and competitor activities.

Lead Generation and Client Engagement

  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to secure new and repeat business.

Solution Selling

  • Collaborate with technical teams to craft IT solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Present and position solutions effectively, demonstrating expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and other IT platforms.

Bid and Proposal Management

  • Draft and submit proposals that address client needs and business goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive and compliant offerings.

Revenue and Sales Target Management

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas while maintaining profitability.
  • Manage a well-structured sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and regular progress updates to management.

Post-Sales Support

  • Ensure smooth handover of projects to implementation teams.
  • Address client concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels and foster loyalty.

Other Ad Hoc Concerns

  • Handle additional sales-related responsibilities assigned by management to support evolving business priorities.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least
    3 years of experience
    in business development, account management, or sales (preferably in IT services or solutions).

Skills:

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with IT solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, licensing, and product management.
  • Experience in solution selling and contract management.
