Job Description:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, and assist across HR functions including employee relations and CompBen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee relations concerns and provide policy guidance.
  • Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, etc.).
  • Prepare HR reports, memos, and communications as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments for HR-related requirements.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years HR generalist experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiar with HRIS or HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
