About the role Trinity Workforce Solutions Inc' is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for our Australian clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll services. This position is based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. What you’ll be doing Process bi-weekly, monthly, or other periodic payrolls for multiple clients with varying pay schedules and payroll requirements Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of salaries, wages, and statutory deductions Maintain detailed payroll records and prepare required reports and filings Liaise with clients to understand their payroll needs and address any queries or issues Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Australian regulations Provide support and training to junior members of the payroll team Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile payroll data with the general ledger What we’re looking for 5+ years of experience in a senior bookkeeping or payroll role, preferably in an Australian context Extensive knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, including taxation, superannuation, and other statutory requirements Proficient in using payroll software and ERP systems to process and manage payroll like XERO. Xero certified is advantageous Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve shared goals Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience What we offer At Trinity Workforce Solutions Inc', we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
