We are looking for a Payroll and Reporting Associate to support payroll operations and reporting requirements. The role involves processing payroll-related data, preparing Excel-based reports, and ensuring accuracy in timekeeping, payroll costs, and billing information. This position is ideal for candidates with payroll background and solid Excel skills who are looking to grow in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end payroll processing in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate records of worked hours, payroll costs, and related data.
  • Generate and manage Excel reports related to payroll and billing scenarios.
  • Reconcile payroll information and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Provide administrative and reporting support to the payroll and finance teams.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the Philippines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, reporting).
  • Familiarity with Philippine payroll regulations and compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
