Qualifications
Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration major in Human Resource or any related courses.
Must have at least 4-5 years’ experience handling different facets of human resources from Recruitment to Exit (Recruitment, Employee Relations, Discipline, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits and Admin tasks) or a Generalist role.
Can handle end to end employee discipline, and can create memo like NTE and DA.
Good people-handling, counseling, and documentation skills.
Adept with labor laws and regulations including handling end to end disciplinary processes.
Can communicate well at all levels in the organization.
Possessed good interpersonal skills.
Amenable to work from Monday - Saturday.
Assigned at Binan, Laguna.
The HR Officer supports various HR functions, ensuring effective HR practices in the Plant to support in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. This role involves execution of every aspect of the employment process from recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, discipline, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits as well as admin tasks related to human resources.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesActively involved in the development and implementation of various HR initiatives and systems in the plant.
Coordinates all human resources programs and activities to enhance teamwork, unity, learning and creation of positive workplace culture.
Engage in executing an effective onboarding process in the site/plant.
Assist in the creation of training and development programs in coordination with the corporate office and department heads/leads.
Assist in the completion of the performance management process.
Handle employee inquiries and resolve conflicts. Coordinate with the concerned corporate HR in-charge, if needed.
Will play a crucial role in the management and implementation of rules and policies including conduct and execution of disciplinary and grievances issues.
Actively participate in the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Ensure compliance of employment laws and regulations.
Conforms to all established quality procedures and work instructions of the department.
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
