About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to spearhead new client acquisition, cultivate strategic partnerships, and drive significant revenue growth. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who excels in a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, with a preference for experience within the advertising, media, or digital services industry.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging industry trends and understand potential client needs.
  • Sales Pipeline: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Pitching & Proposal Development: Craft compelling pitch decks, presentations, and proposals tailored to address client goals and demonstrate value.
  • Discovery & Solutions: Lead discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients to understand their pain points and offer customized solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, operations) to ensure feasibility and alignment with company capabilities.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Account Handover: Ensure smooth handover of newly signed clients to account management teams.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand its reach.
  • Sales Reporting & Strategy: Track and report on key sales metrics, provide insights to inform offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning, and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally within the advertising, media, or digital services industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and managing sales pipelines.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
