About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to spearhead new client acquisition, cultivate strategic partnerships, and drive significant revenue growth. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who excels in a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, with a preference for experience within the advertising, media, or digital services industry. Responsibilities Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead channels. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging industry trends and understand potential client needs. Sales Pipeline: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets. Pitching & Proposal Development: Craft compelling pitch decks, presentations, and proposals tailored to address client goals and demonstrate value. Discovery & Solutions: Lead discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients to understand their pain points and offer customized solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, operations) to ensure feasibility and alignment with company capabilities. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Account Handover: Ensure smooth handover of newly signed clients to account management teams. Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand its reach. Sales Reporting & Strategy: Track and report on key sales metrics, provide insights to inform offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning, and contribute to strategic planning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally within the advertising, media, or digital services industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and managing sales pipelines. Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
