What the role will entail Provides efficient administrative support to the division, including scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Screens calls and documents, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information submitted for approval or transmission. Coordinates timely dispatch and scheduling of relieving staff to stores based on daily requirements. Acts as liaison between stores and the division office to ensure smooth communication and operational alignment. Conceptualizes and supports sales programs by identifying opportunities using industry, macroeconomic, and customer data. Prepares reports, meeting agendas, and minutes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery based on priority.
