We're Hiring: Business Development Manager - Distribution & Patient Care We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our distribution network and enhance patient care services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and healthcare operations to expand our market reach and improve patient outcomes. Location: Pasig, Philippines⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office Role: Business Development Manager - Distribution & Patient Care What You’ll Do Develop and execute strategic business development plans for distribution channels. Build and maintain relationships with key distributors and healthcare partners. Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams. Collaborate with patient care teams to enhance service delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements. What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or business development. Past or present licensed Physical Therapist, Rehabilitation Therapist, or allied health professional. Knowledge in prosthetic and orthotic solutions and rehabilitation care is an advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, strategic thinker capable of leading business growth. Willingness to travel across the Philippines for client engagements and business expansion. Ready to make an impact?
