Responsibilities Conduct project studies, feasibility analyses, and financial assessments to support project evaluation and selection. Prepare business reports, presentations, and project assessment documents for management review. Coordinate with internal teams (planning, engineering, finance, and legal) to gather data and prepare comprehensive project assessments. Draft and maintain documentation related to projects, partnerships, and joint ventures. Track and monitor ongoing business development initiatives, ensuring timely updates and reporting. Handle BOI (Board of Investments) applications, compliance requirements, and coordinate directly with BOI personnel to ensure timely approvals and adherence to regulatory standards. Assist other departments/teams in providing the requirements for the processing of permits and licenses to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (e.g., DHSUD, LGUs, and other authorities) Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as assigned by the head of the department, contributing expertise and insights to ensure successful outcomes and alignment with company goals and objectives. Requirements A degree in finance, real estate management, business studies or equivalent. Alternatively, a degree in engineering such as industrial engineering, engineering economy-related courses is also acceptable. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and have a general knowledge and background in business development for real estate. Must have a strong understanding of Board of Investment (BOI) regulations and compliance requirements. Proficient in MS Office applications. Must be keen to details, dependable with value for high work ethics Possesses a dynamic personality, able to deal with all levels in the organization With good communication and negotiation skills Applicants must be willing to work in Shaw Blvd., Pasig City #J-18808-Ljbffr
